Rental of housing
Our insurance for housing is specially developed and adapted for rentals and works as a complement to the ordinary insurance coverage. We protect the property where ordinary insurance is lacking, whether it concerns a villa, condominium, apartment, tenancy, or a holiday home. It is offered as compulsory group insurance, which means that all rentals through your platform automatically are insured by us. The insurance covers both real and personal property and is independent of the type of object, the landlord (business or private person), and the country as we offer the same terms and claims management throughout +20 markets in Europe. Omocom’s solutions are intended to create security, both for those who rent out the property and for those who rent.
EXAMPLES OF WHAT'S INCLUDED
The insurance applies to damage or loss of property where the value of the property is reduced or lost. The insurance also applies to property and liability damage for owners of the insured property. All risk is included for fixed furnishings and movables.
The insurance applies to abnormal wear and tear or damages that are caused during the time when the tenant has access to the home.
Compensation is paid for rent loss that arises for the rental period that was booked before the damage occurred, with a maximum time period of 6 months.
The deductible is set to €2 000 for each claim unless separate insurance for the deductible has been signed by the customer before the rental period has started. The deductible then is set to €100.
EXAMPLES OF WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Normal wear and tear.
Fraud, embezzlement or similar property crime.
Induction of damages intentionally or through negligence.
Damages that can be compensated through a ordinary insurance coverage.

Omocom’s digital claims form can be integrated into your interface with the customer, such as your “My Pages” so that this is easily accessible for the customer. Our API can pre-fill the form with the customer’s personal transaction information, which means less administration for your customers.

When the actual rental starts, we can automatically send out a personalized insurance letter to the owner so they feel extra protected.

Our insurance for rental of premises is specially developed and adapted for rentals and works as a complement to where ordinary insurance coverage is lacking. It is offered as compulsory group insurance and covers both real and personal property. We offer this insurance as well as claims management in the local language throughout +20 markets in Europe. Omocom’s solutions are intended to create protection and safety, both for those who rent out and for those who rent – so that more people will share their assets.
EXAMPLES OF WHAT'S INCLUDED
The insurance applies to damage, theft or loss at the specified leased premises.
Damage events that are compensated are, for example, damage to premises, damage to a building as a result of burglary, burglary of premises, damage to glass and windows, loss of keys, etc.
The insurance covers damages.
The deductible is set to €4,000 for each claim unless separate insurance for the deductible has been signed by the customer before the rental period has started. The deductible then is set to €500.

Our product for storage is suited for storing property since it provides complete insurance coverage for everything stored with you, while it is super easy to get started. We protect the stored property against theft, damage, and loss, which increases both your conversion and the average value per transaction. The insurance is offered in +20 markets in Europe as well as claims management in the local language.
EXAMPLES OF WHAT'S INCLUDED
The insurance provides compensation for all risk of damages, loss or theft of property that is included to the storage space.
Applies to storage spaces in Sweden but can be offered in the European region.
The insurance provides compensation of €3 000 per claim.
The insurance has a deductible of €100 per claim.
