Damage or theft is reported using Omocom's claims form: https://external.omocom.se/claimsform, as soon as possible after the damage is discovered.

Once we have adjudicated your claim and awarded compensation, payment will be sent to your specified bank account via our payment partner Trustly, which will reach you within seconds.

According to information in the checkout, damages to the property occurred during the time of your rental period. We do not review deductibles. You have entered into a contract with the platform of the rental and thus agreed to pay the deductible on the rental. We have authorised an insurance claim and you are contractually obliged to pay the deductible. You will find information about the claim and the claims number on the invoice. If you have questions about the claim or the invoice, please e-mail us at economy@omocom.insurance.

Follow the instructions in your insurance terms & conditions which were sent at the start of your rental and you will find a phone number to your road assistance carrier call, wether your within our outside the country of your rental. Cost estimates or proposals should be sent to estimates@omocom.insurance.

After approval of the cost proposal, an invoice can be sent to inbox.lev.823439@arkivplats.se with reference to the current claim number and vehicle registration number. Please note that the reading is automatic and that a maximum of 1 attachment per invoice is allowed. Any free text messages cannot be read.
